We pulled J & Inez from their charter school. I absolutely love that they focus on SO much more than test scores! It feels SO good to praise them for their character over a letter or number they earned on a test or assignment. Also, the no homework has been such a blessing. One of the many reasons we pulled them both from charter school. They had hours of homework, leaving us stressed every night! Trying to cram in family time and extracurriculars were almost impossible!

I am grateful to Apogee for helping my son open up. He has been very shy and reserved and struggling with social anxiety for a few years. We have homeschooling for some time and he needed a change, he needed to socialize. Well it’s working a few ago I introduced him to two boys next door to us and they have been playing outside. Then my friend moved near me and she has two sons well from 0 friends in our neighborhood last 4 years he now has 4 friends. This is a win he is always outside burning energy and less video games and YouTube. The changes are noticeable especially now my pantry is a community pantry lol. On our campus, it starts with daily physical fitness and ample outdoor play, including Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, where students build strength and coordination alongside discipline, focus, and the confidence that comes from working through hard moments on the mat.
