OUR TEAM

ERica montes

Loving wife and mother who is passionate about providing an environment that will allow her children to find and blossom into their authentic self. She knows that the current school system is not enough for her children to thrive at life and is determined to change how we define education.

program director

Nick Montes

A father on a mission to change his family's bloodline through educational sovereignty. Believes that tenacity and grit can conquer any obstacle. His purpose became clear through giving back to his community by establishing ASO for future generations. He attributes his success to God, discipline, and a commitment to being a lifelong learner.

head Administrator

Carol melendez

After becoming a mother, Carol discovered her passion for early childhood development and education. She wanted better opportunities for her son, so she spent time exploring educational alternatives. Carol currently has experience as a Forest School Teacher and is looking forward to expanding her knowledge as an educator and growing along side her son and the children she crosses path with.

discovery coach

Tim Kennedy

Tim’s hard work and passion have resulted in an extraordinary life. Green Beret, UFC Fighter, and Television Host are all among his career highlights, but perhaps not as personally meaningful as Husband, Father, and Patriot. Tim is a great example of being unapologetically American!

THE PATRIOT

Matt Beaudreau

As a lifelong educator Matt has a reputation as a provocative thought leader in educational and personal development practices. He is a two-time featured TEDx speaker and he was named Corporate Trainer of the Year at Stanford University, having spoken to over 250,000 people .
